I’ve dragged several different video files from the resource window to the node graph but can’t get the video source node to play them back. They just stay frozen on the first frame when I hit the play button. Any ideas?

It might be the video codec in the file, though I’ve not seen this issue before. Try converting to a different format / codec, see if that helps.

I’v had this issue, and fixed it by right clicking the asset and hitting ‘Resource Is Offline’. Which I assume brings it online?!
It seems to play AIM codec fine but doesn’t like some other QuickTime files.
